SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICIES
1.) All prices stated in our online shop are in Euro (€) including Austrian VAT and delivery costs unless otherwise stated. For international deliveries custom taxes may apply.
2.) Deliveries within Austria will be via Express Mail Service (EMS) and deliveries abroad will be via United Parcel Service (UPS) to the provided delivery address.
3.) Orders in our online shop can only be processed once the customer has filled in all the mandatory fields (*) regarding invoice address and/or alternative shipping address. All chosen online-products will be temporarily shown and registered in the personal shopping basket during the length of the online-shop visit. The customer will be able to view the summary of the order with the unit price as well as the total price before confirming the order. These details are open to change before payment is to be concluded.
4.) Payment for products and courses with credit cards will only be accepted via paypal or online banking.
5.) Ordered products will be shipped to the given delivery address once the payment has been received.
6.) After the agreement to the general shipping conditions the customer receives a summary of their purchase. In compliance with this given agreement the customer provides his credit card-information in order to initiate and confirm the legally binding order. An automatic confirmation e-mail for this order will follow from our online shop.
7.) The ordered products will be delivered to the given delivery address. Unless the customer has provided an alternative address for delivery in his online-profile the products will automatically be sent to the customers address. The customer is required to correctly complete all mandatory fields (*).
8.) Given dates for delivery are not binding.
9.) Notification of defect products must be communicated within 5 working days in order to receive a replacement delivery.
10.) In the case of course registration, payment is final and none refundable.
11.) Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
